Andalucia

The luxurious Andalucia is available with the Master Suite on the first or the second floor. With either version there is a Game Room on the second floor. There is also a Front Balcony and a Pool Balcony on the second floor, for beautiful views and a cooling cross breeze rarely felt in Florida homes. The huge Kitchen has room for deluxe appliances, and also has an entertainment area overlooking the Living Room. The Family Room has a ninety degree opening sliding glass door which opens up 20’ of the exterior wall for a truly outside, inside feel. The Lanai extends to the side wall of the two story screen enclosure. The Summer Kitchen is situated in the Cabana which is next to the pool.
