Plan Design:
We
think through each project by using the five
human senses. Sight: what and where will the
views be? Hearing: will acoustics change? Feel:
what textures should be felt and seen on the
furniture, walls, and floors? Taste and smell:
will you sense a taste and actually smell a new
Kitchen or Summer Kitchen? Then we space plan for
furniture, storage, equipment, people movement
and orientation. The final plan has to be both
beautiful and practical, or we start over.
Décor:
We
will help you make selections of tile, carpet,
paint, plumbing, lighting, trims, exterior,
landscaping, etc., so well that your décor will
fit your personality. Coordinating every color
and detail in a room is very important because we
humans see with our peripheral vision, not just
the object in front of us. It's very important
that everything relate to each other.
During contruction:
We
keep the work areas clean, organized, and keep
you informed constantly. Typically there will be
new ideas from yourselves and our team during the
construction phase, and our team of professionals
will adapt to the changes immediately. The
majority of our subcontractors have worked for us
for many years. They are extremely professional
diligent and motivated to ensure you are proud of
their work.
